The problem:
As the world slowly but surely returned to a new normal, following the global pandemic, the Publicis Sapient offices in Farringdon prepared to re-open and start to welcome back employees.
The office was quiet, squeaky clean, and completely soleless.
I had an idea to welcome people back, but I also wanted to raise a smile and make our people feel at home again.
The solution:
Create a series of posters that could be placed all over the office to raise a smile, but also to be informative and interactive with QR codes to scan. See one in the lift, or in the loo, I put them up everywhere.
Rather than the obvious route of the messaging coming from the CEO, or MD, I created the posters as if the building itself was welcoming people back.
The result:
Lots of wry smiles and a bit of fun to lift the mood and help reduce the anxiety of mixing with colleagues once again.
