The problem:
We wanted to make it known that Publicis Sapient has the experience and expertise to digitally transform business for our financial services clients, yet our primary way of doing this has traditionally been through thought leadership pieces, occasional case studies, LinkedIn posts and event keynotes – we needed to differentiate how we present our view of the future of banking in practical terms and demonstrate our achievements to the world.

So how can Sapient's marketing team demonstrate and broadcast the company's capabilities in building digital banks, from scratch in 6-9 months, all whilst being client neutral?

The solution:
Create a brand-agnostic online portal where prospective clients and incumbents can explore and learn more about Publicis Sapient's capabilities in this trillion dollar innovation space.

The X-Bank (X meaning insert your bank name here) project allowed Publicis Sapient to pull back the curtain on how we go about creating digital banks. By demonstrating our work, technology prowess, and our ability to innovate with clients and talk about our capabilities we can inform, intrigue, and educate C-level executives on how they can not only survive in the digital era but thrive.

We came up with the name, the brand, the design system, and working with a dedicated UX design team, created a unique online experience.

The result:
New leads and new business opportunities opened up, especially with prospective clients in the Middle East.
