This is the story of the improvements made by the Risk lab, throughout 2020, at Lloyds Banking Group, and how these improvements enhanced the knowledge and experience of colleagues within the bank, giving them the tools to answer queries about risk quicker and more accurately. Thereby enabling colleagues to help customers and businesses more efficiently, and with a far greater degree of accuracy.
